Our management team consists of highly trained, enthusiastic professionals who possess a wealth of experience gained from some of the largest blue chip construction companies in the world. Between them they have many years of experience in the construction industry and have a broad range of expertise covering all aspects of construction, design, engineering and the supply chain.
 

Our directors provide Operational and Technical expertise in contract acquisition, project management, design and delivery and provide control over manpower and assets.Their support to compliance with quality and material standards ensure we deliver efficient and effective results.

 

They are supported by our programme managers who control the planning, organisation and implementation of all our projects.
Subordinate to them are the project managers who are responsible for the project delivery; managing and guiding the project implementation teams from the initial start-up phases, design, implementation and then handover.

 

Finally our procurement and logistics managers are responsible for the purchasing and delivery of goods and services needed by the company, securing the best price and quality of all material, synchronising timing inline with project demands.
